The following team characteristics are team climate indicators. Please rate your team candidly on the scale of 1 to 4 for each, where –
 1 = we need a lot of work in this area
 and
 4 = we are very strong in this area
    
Openness
Are team members honest and open with each other? Do people ensure that there are no hidden agendas? Do people feel free to express what they are really thinking?
