This survey is designed for small businesses with small or informal leadership structures. Purpose of Survey The Leadership Effectiveness Analysis is based on a best practices framework, and endeavors to assess how strategically placed the small business is to achieve success in the market. The survey measures the extent to which respondents are in agreement that an effective strategy and vision has been defined for the business and whether or not the business is structured to achieve the vision.
