      Purpose of Survey
      The HR Management Attitude Survey is based on recognized principles of effective HR and general management and is grouped into six major survey items. It assesses the extent to which respondents are in agreement with these principles of effective management. This instrument reveals attitudes toward HR management; it does not indicate levels of performance as a manager.
