Surveys and assessments:

1. Will I be able to download the survey once I have purchased and paid for it?
- Surveys are completed on line by selected participants. There also is the function of emailing your selected participants with a hyperlink for them to complete the survey on line. No download is necessary.

2. Will I be able to download the survey results once the survey has been completed?
- Survey results are saved in your personal toolbox and dashboard, which are accessed on line. Survey results have a printer-friendly version for you to utilize.

3. What happens to the survey results?
- Survey results are saved to your personal dashboard on the virtual consulting website. Access these under My Tools and then click on the relevant survey. The dashboard will be updated with survey results as additional participants complete the survey.

4. Will I be able to conduct an assessment outside of my own company?
- Assessments and surveys can be completed by anyone nominated by the purchaser as long as they have a valid email address. Additional participants can be purchased as a “top up” function for each tool and results can be categorized into internal and external from the company by using the customize the results function on the respective survey dashboard.

5. How can I be assured of the confidentiality of my assessment report back information?
- All information is securely stored in your personal registered domain which can only be accessed with your personal code and log in name.

6. Who can I contact if I need to discuss the results of a survey?
- You can e mail the virtual consultancy, where one of our subject matter experts will make every effort to be of assistance.
